Freeda: For Luxe Hair Rituals

The band of ladies who work at Freeda may as well wear capes – they’re super fast, super efficient and great at pretty much every beauty service you opt for. The Kerastase hair rituals here are luxuriant yet affordable, and the blowouts are favoured by glosse posse Malaika and Amrita Arora and BFF Kareena Kapoor Khan who we often spot here. Meanwhile, the Bandra boys we know love stopping by for a pedicure or shave, specifically with Sharafat.

Once you get your eyebrows shaped by Rupa at JCB’s Bandra salon, you’ll never give another’s thread the time of day. The aestheticians at Jean Claude Biguine also tend to be well trained in other areas of landscaping, their skills supported by a French wax (exclusive to this brand) that reduces pain by at least 50%. Get a Brazilian wax here and you’ll know what we mean.

MUDD Salon & Day Spa: For Hangover Treatments

Quite possibly the most peaceful place to perch in Bandra, Mudd Salon & Day Spa is a sea-side urban retreat for your hair and skin at Bandstand. An outdoor cabana draped in white mal curtains is where you will be seated for your al fresco pedicure, crowned by bougainvillea, and lulled by the sound of the waves. Inside, lady of the MUDD manor Alina Jetha, would like to draw your attention to the hair rituals. She loves it when you experiment with your mane, but also highlights the need for a parallel hair care regime, and suggests MUDD's protein hair masks for conditioning and revitalising. Also see their “Hangover Package” (includes MUDD’s signature head massage, hydration facial, eye treatment, foot reflexology) that let’s face it, we all need this Sunday, and every Sunday after that. AND, they have Wifi.
