Ladies and gentlemen, presenting Noir, the perfect combination of classic and modern flavours, from the makers of your childhood favourite, Brownie Point.
Noir is a new dessert-café at Juhu, that offers desserts with a surprise element of decadence that pair well with all your beverages. Add to this, delicious cookies, cupcakes, teacakes and biscottis. Also expect plated dessert, where sitting pretty are warm pies, airy cheesecakes, beautiful tarts and pastries. Hey gluten-free radicals, their flour-less cake options have got you covered too.
Both, Brownie Point and Noir come to you from the affable chef Manish Khanna, a Sophia’s graduate who spent his initial years working at Leela Kempinski and the Royal Caribbean Cruise. In the early 2000s, chef Manish travelled across South East Asia and the US to train under various pastry chefs, including chef Mike at Tribeca Grill & Bakery, owned by Hollywood icon Robert De Niro.
Manish recommends you go on down to Noir’s first Mumbai outpost – he promises expansion soon – located inside the newly-renovated Alfredos at Juhu. Get a seat and order his favourites: Two Americanos paired with Good Old Chocolate Gateau and Flourless Espresso Cake.
Hey Noir, you can give us a buzz anytime.
