East Village-inspired restaurant and bar has launched In-Betweeners, a menu offering light bites, wholesome grain bowls and wraps, and large format cocktails, all served before the sun goes down from Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 6 pm.

The kitchen here focuses on innovative small plates, DIY wraps and artisanal flatbreads, plus a selection of blended smoothies and cold pressed juices. For small plates, think Bombay Duck Tacos, Korean Fried Chicken, Irish Cheddar Scones, Kale Tempura, Tuna Tartare with Gochujang Vinaigrette, Pickled Apricot Salad, Bangalore Ham & Andouille Sausage Flatbread, Smoked Eggplant & Roasted Pepper Tostada, Veg Mix Bean Burger and more.  

In addition, the menu also makes room for your latest health tantrums, offering Wheat Berry and Barley Power Bowls and freshly blended smoothies with a choice of protein powder boost; try the Honey Made (avocado, soy milk, and pure honey topped with granola) and Yogi Berry (yogurt, blueberry and honey).

This means that you can now schedule your between lunch and dinner meetings here, and also bring the office team down for a brainstorming session fuelled by wholesome juices and smoothies, and on Fridays, cocktail pitchers filled with whisky sour, sangria, bloody mary and for the truly brave hearted worker bees, LIIT.
