Massive Restaurants live up to their name with Pa Pa Ya’s latest offering, a dim sum menu with 68 different, equally yummy dishes on the menu. Dear reader, you better loosen your pants for this one.
Crafted by the magical Chef Sahil Singh after months of development, the dim sum menu harvests organic produce from all over Asia, incorporating flavours of Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia and Singapore, as well as the latest techniques in molecular gastronomy.
The result: Carrot Truffle and Cream Cheese Dim sum Cheung Fun and Xiao, Shao Mai open faced dumplings, Lo Mai Gai, rice coated steamed dumplings and our favourite, Xia Long Bao, soupy dumplings that you’ll never get enough of.
