The menu will take you around the country and at the end of the meal you pay what you like for this noble cause.

This scrumptious meal brings you regional delicacies served on a banana leaf in a community style experience. It’s India on a platter with Chef Thomas Zacharias and team’s soulful menu inspired by dishes from across twelve states, including Mangalorean Chicken Curry, Punjabi Smoked Red Pumpkin Bharta, Lucknavi Soy Kheema Mutter, Kashmiri Simla Mirch and Kerela Mandeli Fry to name drop. All of this comes accompanied with unusual chutneys and tri-colour papads and of course the grand meal rounds off with Til Gud Cake and Tiranga Barfi, a popular Maharashtrian dessert.
