Vegetarians can start with the Tofu Burger, a sweet potato and tofu patty crusted with Coorg black rice flakes, tomatoes, miso-aioli in a multi-grain bun; or Go Vegan,a wholesome burger built with Bora rice from Assam, shitake and edamame patty, served with pickled radish, tomato aioli, lettuce in a multi-grain bun.
For a smoky flavour,get the Chicken Burgerwith BBQ pulled chicken, avocado spread, fermented and roasted red peppers, Sriracha aioli, Lollo Rosso lettuce.
