This month, take your best prowl (and growl) over to TYGR, the modern Thai restaurant that has a brand new menu.
From the house of Massive Restaurants, we’ve always looked to TYGR for our fill of Thai curries and the choicest meat cuts and seafood.
Head chef Sahil Singh has curated a lovely mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes spanning across different courses. You can begin with Braised Escallops of Lamb, Grilled Snapper, Steamed Prawns with Thai Lemon Relish, Parched Chicken Miang Kham with pickled raw mango and Baked Avocado stuffed Crab Tartare. Meanwhile, vegetarians can try Crispy Tofu, Corn Cake Sliders, Thai Style Aromatic Mock Duck, Stir Fried String Beans, Charcoal Charged Vegetable Bundles, Sizzling Thai Style Bibimbap and more.
If you love lamb like we do, order a flat bread topped with Lamb Bolognese, and also note the grills section which includes Patatas Bravas, Grilled Eggplant and Champagne Risotto, Seared Snapper, Chilli Razor Mussels. Ending the new menu in a spectacular way are two sexy sweets – a Triple Layered Semi Freddo and a Classic Tiramisu.
TYGR, TYGR, burning right.
