Bring out the bun-tings for 212 All Good’s Burger Fest, on until September 23. As you can tell from the frequent use of the word ‘good’, this festival, unlike other burger ones, isn’t all junk.

The High Street Phoenix restaurant’s selection of nine gourmet burgers resonates with the brand’s philosophy of being kind to your gut. In line with clean eating, these burgers have the right combination of nutrition, calories and flavours.. See for instance, the Black Lentil and Oatmeal Burger (charcoal bun, quinoa crusted, lentil and bean patty, fermented beetroot); 212 All Good Green Chicken Burger (gluten free green bun, lean chicken patty, raw mango mayo); Teriyaki Tofu Burger (Steamed bun, kimchi slaw, white sesame) and more.

The kitchen works with ‘good-for-you’ ingredients to minimise your guilt and maximise your nourishment, which means kale, tofu, broccoli, lean chicken, lean lamb, raw papaya, quinoa and house-made ketchup, sauces and seasonings are what the kitchen is working with.

Good news for us: Cheese and red meat can be added for those eating out on their cheat days. Which is, let’s face it, every day for some of us. Cheaters, ask for the selection of All Good Bad Burgers; we recommend The Signature 212 Do’ Burger (fresh tomato coulis, melted cheese, pepperoni, grilled split franks, crisp bacon, BBQ onions) and The Good Bad Black Burger (grilled handmade cheesy tenderloin patty, grilled balsamic onion, pickled gherkins, fondue & our special sauce).
