Sometimes, too many cooks do not spoil the broth. Case in point: in celebration of Chinese New Year, Hakkasan has put out a limited edition menu, created by chefs from Hakkasan restaurants in London, USA, the Middle East, and India. 

The dishes mastered by Chef Raymond, Head Chef Hakkasan India, feature ingredients believed to bring good luck and prosperity for the coming year. Luck or not, you’re going to love the pork siew long bun; asparagus and edamame dumplings; wok fried native lobster in black truffle sauce; baked Chilean sea bass with kumquat glaze; vegetarian chicken in hakka spicy sauce; Szechwan noodles with shiitake mushrooms and more. 

End with the Golden Fortune dessert starring ginger caramel, roasted macadamia nuts and lemongrass. Before, during and after, don’t forget to order the special Happy Daisy cocktail (Tanqueray No.10 gin, Chartreuse Yellow, lemon, spiced mandarin jam, egg white and soda water) to make sure everything goes swimmingly.  Plus, check out the wishing tree where you can hang your hopes and dreams for 2018, starting with more great culinary collaborations like this one.
