The next guest chef waiting behind the curtain at Masque is chef Garima Arora. The ex sous chef at Gaggan (she also worked at Noma for three years), Garima's 2017 restaurant Gaa, is one of Bangkok's hottest places to dine. Garima and Masque's chef Prateek will create a collaborative menu, applying global influences and techniques to locally sourced ingredients. Come see (and devour) the results on September 19.
