Naturally, we're thrilled that a visit to KGC with the girl from Good Slice, resulted in a DIY Lemon Iced Espresso, for us and for you. See the Good Slice recipe on how to re-create it below.
Ingredients: Espresso, lemon juice, sugar.
Directions: Make yourself an espresso (the size of the cup in the picture), let it cool a bit (so the ice cubes don't immediately melt), add two tsps sugar, one tsp lemon juice and stir well. Pour over a glass filled with 4-5 ice cubes.
Swish and serve.
