There’s a reason we love the taste of pretty much everything at The Table. This Colaba restaurant grows its own fruits and veggies at a farm in Alibaug, and even took customers there for a gardening class a couple of months ago.
Looks like there’s been a bountiful harvest at The Table farm this season, with the surplus stock of organic white onions and mangoes being sold through the restaurant. The same mangoes that they’re selling go into their Crab & Alphonso mango salad, Aambuca cocktail and souflee.
