Olive Bar & Kitchen: These are the cats that started it all. Olive is where brunch became a thing in India 19 years ago, and pastel people have been going ever since. Masque: This gorgeous Mahalaxmi restaurant’s gin brunch will change the way you spend your Sundays. They offer a tapas-style brunch with close to a dozen small plates that change from week to week - brûléed caciotta cheese with house sourdough; tender lamb and kohlrabi leaves; barramundi tartare and more. And here’s the highlight: a gin table where diners can choose from a range of herbs, fruits, spices and botanicals to craft their own cocktails, mixed with housemade bitters and syrups. Sweet!
