Koldplay: A 15,000 square feet factory in Bombay makes 175 ice cream flavours that go into the making of sundaes, thick shakes and sorbettos. Honey wasabi, mandarin chocolate, raspberry, white chocolate are just some of these. Us, we go straight to the counter for a big sundae featuring peanut butter nutella and hazel nut Madagascar brittle. Hi Crisp Martin! PS: The mangoes are sourced from the owner's family orchard, so we’d bet our money on the mango sorbetto.

The Parfait Co: These silken scoops of parfait (ice cream’s French cousin) is exactly what you want in the freezer when guests come over. Order directly, via Scootsy, Swiggy or UberEats or pick up pastry chef Sharmeen Indorewala’s lovingly packed flavours from Nature’s Basket, Foodhall and Hypercity stores; our favourites include Belgian chocolate, salted caramel and pomegranate. Also, always inquire about the limited edition flavour because mango was last season's most coveted accessory.
Where’s My Cone? A freeze frame shot for pretty scoops and sandwich ice creams in flavours like jam shortcake, salted caramel and boondi laddoo. Visit their new(ish) Bandra store where the delicious filter coffee ice cream, smooth and creamy, will remind you of a monthly office lunch at Madras Café, and the strawberry wafer version, of Pickwick biscuits in school snack boxes.
