Twenty six days and nights soaked in gin – some twilights are frozen into popsicles, some sunsets are muddled with berries, and some skies are clear as your favourite tonic.
Welcome to Gincident at Toast & Tonic, an almost month-long (April 9 to May 4) celebration of gin that manifests into fun G&Ts, gin tastings, jazz nights and more!
To kick off Gincident, Toast & Tonic is “changing up the very form of a G&T”, presented as gin posicles in pineapple and cranberry, cappuccino, and guava and apple flavours; and a selection of amazing G&T desserts including one gin-infused lemon tart with juniper and grapefruit reduction, torched meringue and cocoa nib tuile that we can’t wait to eat. Or is it drink? Our favourite though, is the G&T Trolley laid out with a bounty with botanicals and a fun way to get your drink made table side.
