Chef Gaggan Anand whose eponymous Bangkok eatery topped Asia's 50 Best Restaurants this year, is returning to his (lotus) roots. He's partnered with Taj Hotels to host one-night-only pop-ups in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai, starting September 8. Chef Gaggan and his team will collaborate with Taj chefs to create a stunning meal spanning 12 courses and inspired by Indian states. 

Each dinner can only seat 25, and the guest list will be made on a first-come-first-served basis, so we suggest you quit staring at pictures of spherified yogurt explosives and call the numbers below to sign up.
