Your favourite fish completes five awesome years in the city with a ramen festival right in time for winter.

Get your best slurp ready for #RamenMeCrazy, a culinary feast featuring 12 different types of ramen. From smoked tomato, five types of mushroom, carrot & spicy miso to pork, lobster, chicken and seafood, you will be spoilt for choice. We have our eyes on the Cha Shu ramen starring pork belly and the fragrant lobster version.

Chefs Vikram and Saurabh recommend the homemade ramen, which contains egg, but there is an eggless version for vegetarians too. “We have seasoned the ramen with three types of salt: Himalayan pink salt, Maldon sea salt and Rock salt. For the first time, Delhi will also experience two types of ramen - Mazeman (no soup, dry ramen) and Tsukemen (dipping ramen where noodles are eaten after being dipped in a separate bowl of soup),” the chefs tell us.

And kids, there are challenges to be won too. Take on their spicy ramen challenge with a friend; whoever finishes wins a set lunch. And finally, your bad table manners will be rewarded at the loudest slurper contest. Bowl brutes, it’s right up your alley!
