A slew of classic cocktails are served here at Ek Bar, but mixologist Nitin Tewari would love for you to try their signature potions - the Angreji Whiskey Soda, featuring mustard and house-made Earl Grey spiced soda; a festive marigold flower-infused gin, mixed with lime, honey and egg white to make the Marigold Fizz.; a paan flavoured Beeda Tonic; and finally, many Ek Bar Pickle Paanis, their take on the popular Pickleback shots.
